Who we are
AI Advantage LLC is a design and development studio based in San Luis Obispo, California. We build websites, photo, video and 3D work, and the automations, apps and databases behind them.

Information you give us
We only ask for what we need to answer you and to do the work you hired us for.
- Contact details you submit through a form on this site, such as your name, email address and the message you write.
- Details you share while we scope or deliver a project, such as your company name, your role and what you are trying to build.
- Mobile phone numbers, when you or an authorized representative of your company ask us to enable text messaging for specific people.
- Billing information needed to invoice you. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: the pages you open, the approximate region you are in, your browser and device type, and the site that referred you. We use this to understand whether the site is working and which pages are useful.
We do not use this information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Information inside your own systems
When we build or run software for you, that software may touch your business data, such as your sales records, your customers or your inventory. That data belongs to you. We access it only to build, operate and support what you asked us to build, we do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone outside the people working on your project.
How we use information
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To deliver, support and improve the work you hired us to do.
- To send the text messages you or your company asked us to send, and to answer the questions you text us.
- To send business communications such as proposals, schedules and invoices.
- To keep our systems secure and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
Text messaging and your mobile information
If your company has enabled our assistant for you, we use your mobile number for one purpose only: to receive your messages and send you the answers and alerts you asked for. Message frequency varies with how often you use it, and is typically a few messages per week.
You can stop at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask for help at any time by replying HELP.
Mobile opt in data and consent are never sold, shared or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these narrow cases:
- Service providers who make the work possible, such as our website host, our email delivery provider and our messaging provider. They may use the information only to provide that service to us.
- Mobile carriers, strictly to the extent required to deliver a message you asked to receive.
- Professional advisors such as our accountant or attorney, where required.
- Legal requests, where we are genuinely required by law to respond.
- A business transfer, if the company is ever sold or merged. Your information would remain subject to this policy.

How long we keep it
We keep contact and project records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for as long afterwards as we need them for tax, legal and warranty purposes. We keep messaging records only as long as needed to run and support the service. You can ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers, and we limit access to the people actually working on your project. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise perfection. We do promise to tell you promptly if something happens that affects your information.
Your choices and your rights
To exercise any of these, email logan@aiadvantage.ai. We will respond within thirty days. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you these rights specifically, including the right to know, the right to delete and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we will never treat you differently for exercising a right.
- Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Unsubscribe from any business email using the link in it, or simply by asking us.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to function and to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell cookie data. Your browser can block or clear cookies at any time, and the site will still work.
Children
This site and our services are meant for businesses and are not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant and affects people already using our messaging program, we will tell those people directly.
