By using www.aiadvantage.ai, contacting us through it, or taking part in our text messaging program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the messaging program.
Who we are
AI Advantage LLC is a design and development studio at 2439 Cima Court, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AI Advantage, and “you” means the person or company using this site or our services.
Project work is governed by its own agreement
Nothing on this website is an offer or a quote. Prices, timelines, scope, ownership of deliverables and payment terms are set out in the written proposal or statement of work we sign with you. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins for anything to do with your project.
Using this website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that breaks any applicable law.
- Try to gain access to systems, accounts or data you are not entitled to.
- Interfere with the site, overload it, or scrape it in a way that degrades it for others.
- Submit false information, impersonate someone else, or send unsolicited commercial messages through our forms.
Text messaging service
We operate a text messaging program that lets authorized people at our client companies reach our assistant from their own mobile phones, and receive the alerts they asked for. Participation is invitation only. We enable specific mobile numbers that an authorized representative of the client business has provided and confirmed.
Message frequency varies with how often you use the service, and is typically a few messages per week. Text STOP at any time to stop all messages. Text HELP at any time for help, or email us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, so we cannot guarantee that any individual message arrives.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Mobile opt in data and consent are never sold, shared or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our content
Everything on this site, including the words, images, design, logos and code, belongs to AI Advantage or to the clients who own the work shown, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the site. You may not copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Your content
Anything you send us through a form or a message stays yours. By sending it, you give us permission to read it, store it and use it to respond to you and to do the work you asked for. Please do not send us confidential material through the website before we have an agreement in place.
Third party services
We rely on third party providers for hosting, email and messaging, and this site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third party. Their terms apply to their services.
Disclaimers
This website and our text messaging program are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We do not warrant that the site or the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors.
Answers produced by our assistant are generated from your own business data and are meant to be useful, not authoritative. Do not treat them as legal, financial or professional advice, and confirm anything important against your records of record.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AI Advantage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website or our messaging program. Our total liability for any claim relating to this website or the messaging program is limited to one hundred dollars. Liability for client project work is governed by the agreement for that project.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, that arises from your misuse of this website or the messaging program, or from your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site or the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
